Refund policy

At NAMASVI, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle - free shopping experience. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy as follows.

Order Cancellation:
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.

Return Policy:
1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please write to us at  namasviethnics.com or whatsapp us on 08075920854 along with a complete unboxing video within 3 days of receiving your order.We will ensure that a brand new replacement will be send to you with no additional cost .Incase if stock is unavailable,we will issue a 100% refund of the amount.

2. We accept returns for products that are unused and in the original packaging.

3. We don't accept return/exchanges on the basis of design , colour and prints. Slight irregularities , misprints and small dye stains are a  part of human work involved and cannot be considered as defects.
4. We do not offer reverse pickup facility currently. Please note shipping charges for returning the product back has to be borne by the customer.

Refund policy:
1. Refunds will be issued in your Bank account, which you need to mention over email.
2. Refunds will be processed within 5- 7 working days from the receipt of the returned product.
