Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5-7 business days

  • Courier Partners: India Post Speed Post/Domestic couriers

  • Tracking: Shared via email/SMS after dispatch

International Orders

  • Processing Time: 2-5 business days

  • Shipping Time: 7-15 business days

  • Courier Partners: DHL/FedEx/International Speed Post

  • Customs Duty: Customer's responsibility (will be invoiced separately)

Important Notes:

  1. Delivery timelines exclude public holidays

  2. Customized items may take additional 3-5 days processing

  3. For multiple shipping addresses, place separate orders


Replacement Policy

  1. Damaged Items:

    • Report within 7 days with:
      ✓ Clear photos of damage
      ✓ Packaging images
      ✓ Video unboxing 

    • Free replacement/refund after verification

  2. Wrong Items Received:

    • Notify within 7 days with:
      ✓ Order number
      ✓ Photos/video of incorrect item

    • Correct item shipped free or refund offered

  3. Lost Shipments:

    • Claim after 20 working days (domestic)/25 days (international)

    • We investigate with courier

    • Replacement/refund if confirmed lost

  4. Defective Products:

    • Video proof required showing defect

    • Replacement within 7 days of approval

Non-Replaceable Items:

Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days if replacement unavailable
